The firewalk was a stunner. I think the sentiment of writing things on a log, and then placing that log in the pile and literally watching the log and those words burn away was powerful, and then walking over that to a new identity. And the Trust Fall was a really great way to bring about the thought of how much you trust yourself, not just others. This was super powerful and made me think about how I need to be fearless and intentional.
