The last six days have been truly extraordinary. I’ve had so many insights into how my mind works, how other people’s minds work, how the past can have an effect on the future, and how l can overcome all or any scenario for the rest of my future.

The processes are actually so powerful. It’s so hard to explain, like for example looking back at your past and seeing yourself.

I can’t explain how powerful it is. You’ve got to see it to believe it. It’s touched every part of my heart being here. It’s like I’m part of a new family, honestly. I believe these guys, the people that I’ve met, I’m going to know them for the rest of my life. It will completely change the way you think about things and it will empower you to be the best you can be.
