“It became easy for me at times during the intervention Academy because I did the HCT course which was so amazing and so extraordinary. I wanted more, I wanted more of this Community and the feeling of this family. But also I wanted to go deeper because when you’re in a room with 20 other people, there’s only so much time that you can practise things and get to grips with the techniques, the tools and the processes. I wanted the opportunity to go deeper in an environment where people are already skilled because I think we all have the capacity to influence so many people in such a positive way through this. We’re learning not only the techniques and the tools, but we’re also learning how to be effective leaders. And I think that is what’s missing in the world.”
